Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Notes & Comments

Quite pleased with this run, especially considering the relatively hilly route (89m of elevation). Ran a really steady race and felt Ok throughout.

Last year this time would have placed me 5th, but this year it only brought me in 19th! There were a lot of club vests on show, as there weren't many other local races going on this weekend.

I felt pretty strong at the end and pushed hard in the last km. My Garmin measured the run short, but I think this is likely because of the trees in the forest obscuring the satellites.

I am looking forward to a Parkrun next month, then BUPA 10k at the end of the month and Southend Half in June!

Cracking job. Good hit out. Lots of big events and big pbs to come very soon.

Well done Luke, I think you should be delighted with that result and a very strong looking race throughout. PB's poised to fall!

Great work Luke - it sounded yesterday like you had a really good time which is always good. Looking forward to seeing what you can do over 10k at Bupa and the half in Southend!!
Please wait... saving your change.
