The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Decent run at Southend. Very windy today but was in a favourable direction with the long stretch along the sea wall with the wind on your back.
Wind always feels still on these sections and then very noticeable when you change direction and it's headed into your face.
I've not been quite right this week, just a fuzzy head and irritable. Not sure if there's some illness in the background or what. Hopefully perk up tomorrow for my long run.
So that's February over, a short month, a little low on mileage but if I do a long tomorrow my 29 day total won't be too shabby. A record high mileage Feb for me, I will blog about it later today.

Finishing the month with a race! Is your Garmin measuring short? It doesn't show as a 5km run (4.98km!)
Yeah Southend is often a little short. I usually manually over ride it. Will go and do that now. Every metre counts!
