3x 1.6k Intervals w/ 600m Recovery

Started off with a slightly longer than usual warm up so that I could run two of the three intervals with the wind. This proved to be a great idea as the one into the wind was a real toughie.

Legs definitely haven't recovered from last week's travels yet.

Finished with a 15min easy run back home.
