120min Long Run

Woke this morning feeling quite tired. Had planned on 2.5 hours, but once I got going realised my legs and mind weren't really up for it so opted for 2 hours with the pace picked up a bit in the second half.

Not a bad run in the end and I think I could have done the extra half hour if I've not picked up the pace.

Today's run closed off my biggest week (107km) and biggest month (302km) this year... terrible compared to last but great given the circumstances.
