BSE parkrun, Nowton Park

Chilly but bright day. Course muddy in a few places so wore trail shoes (could only fit orthotic in right shoe). Not too bad - a bit knackered on the start of the second lap. Forgot my Garmin so not sure of pacing through the run. Glad it was a little quicker than last time.

Poorest gender placing & not even first in age group! Quite enjoyed it though.
