Esplen Two weeks ago, I was hoping, and confident, the one hour barrier would be broken but this week I have been feeling heavy legged with my calves / legs feeling as if they've being crushed whenever I run or wanting to go in weird directions.... weird.

jdc Surprised and pleased with this run today, felt like I was going slowly for the first 5k when everyone seemed to be passing me, but once out from the golf course I was able to pick up the pace and start to go past a few people. So to get 57.10 only 30 sec off my pb was very pleasing.

MATTOCK Glorios sunny day - Kerry also ran race - however I ran alone and it was quite tough - running around the golf club was hard as not able to overtake on the tracks. Felt good at 8-9km but last 1 km felt tough
