Left Foot Oh carp! I should have warned everyone not to bet on me. This was unsurprisingly slow for me as I haven't been putting the speed work in. But to be honest, it's not as bad as I was expecting. Great little event and very convenient for me time and location-wise so will have to do it regularly and see if I can ever better my ridiculous PB. What drugs was I ON when I ran that??? Deenzy Hard work, managed to keep up with Dr Death until the last 800. Not sure I could have given much more but well pleased to have knocked nearly nearly a minute and a half off my first effort. There is no way that I will be taking chunks off my PB like that again though! Great turn out today and good atmosphere Wimbledon Windmilers 18:30 21:45 23:00 21:45 60.43
