AdminLiz Never again! Route is OK for a road 10K, (I run it all the time as live here!) but lack of water on a seriously hot day, no medical support, no atmosphere, no FUN stuff for spectators...nothing at all! No names on results, so you don't know where you placed in gender or age group...shambles. Only thing they got right was the distance!
