Whoever Found this to be really hard. Started off at 7 min miles as normal, then didnt feel too good and knew that could not sustain given sunny warm weather and 20 miles distance.... slowed to 8 min miles to train at planned K-B pace. Had bad stitch at 11 km - first time for couple of years. This is a very hilly race.... some steep climbs and regular up, then down, then up again. Loads of excellent marshalls along the way, very well organised event. Tough one.
