RedBen My first 5K.....no idea as to time, no idea as to whether I should really be trying to fit this around everything else, but what the hell! Let's see how we go..... Prediction is based on my 5k predicted time from result in Forthside Half PLUS a minute just because training has been erratic. UPDATE - watch time of 23:37 and I wasn't last, quite! Now entered details in training log.
