brotherjohn I did try today, so disappointing time really. Wasn't a target race but I would expect to run under 37 for 10k really, even on a hilly course.

DrBob P2 race, doing as part of the club grand prix Looked at the course notes on the morning of the race and substantially modified predicted time! It looks very hilly! Beautiful day for it, really enjoyed the race despite some hard hills in places. Managed to fall over at five miles, going through a narrow gate, but picked myself up and finished reasonably strongly. Not a bad day out!

Vicksta Lovely sunny day and a scenic course. Shame I ran like cr@p really, 5 minutes slower than PB, and slowest time for 10K in about 4 years! 10 K at 8:04 pace, when only a couple of weeks ago at Welwyn I ran 10M at 7:27 pace! Not too sure what was wrong, I haven't slept well for the last couple of nights which could be it, or maybe I am coming down with something. :-( Nice to see a few Fetchies.
