Baza Ran the 3rd leg for the clubs 'A' team, only managed to loose 2 places. Good strong run, stubbly field out the back of the course probably cost me about 20 seconds due too being catious Carnegie Harriers 14:11 15:10 15:10 67.33
Boab Tough wee XC course. I have never ran this short a race before and it hurt. The wind and hills were a problem and the fact that I am shit over the country doesn't help, but it was absolutely enjoyed to the full. Bring on the XC season. Lexo Was my first XC and nursing a dodgy achilies tendon so not my best performance. Went off in the last leg and was quickly passed by three or so runners but held on after that point and came in at around 17 mins. Found this quite hard and was surprised at the pace of this although dont think I could have run any faster as was jiggered by the end.
