Haggis Ah well, another shock to the system! Nice day, but a bit windy. Half way was reached in 6:01, so you can see that the wind really slowed me down on the return leg. Must admit that I didn't feel comfortable at the beginning, and quite strange to think that I seemed to be further down the field today than last month, even though I was faster! :) Forfar Road Runners 12:42 12:42 12:50 12:42 66.04

Ultracat slowest time for a 3k this year. there was a strong and cold wind on the way back which maybe accounted for the slower time. Metro Aberdeen 15:21 15:24 15:52 60.82
