Zeb I'm hoping to go well under 30 minutes. My split time for the Lincoln 10k was 29.30 at 5k, so I really hope I can get a good time. It will be a packed field though, so hopefully I can get through the crush at the start. I am so pleased with this. Very congested at the start, and I got a bit concered about the km markers when it took 4:30 to get to 2, and 6:30 to get to 3! More impressive than my PB is that the three mums from toddlers who've ran it for the first time all got under 30 minutes, and have only been running for the last month.
