paulhalford Ideally will do this or SML 5000m three days later. Looking for PB. UPDATE: An agonosing 1s outside PB and probably no other easily accessible 5km for me this year. Flat but not a perfect course - a few tight turns, slipped on grass when we cut one of the corners and had to slow slightly going over the two bridges.

Schnecke Time by my watch, which should be pretty close. A small PB and a nice cool run in the rain, which I enjoyed. The fact that I didn't feel like throwing up at the finish makes me wonder if I should have tried harder ;-)

swerver Training been going really well, knocking around 10 secs off per 5k recently and should be sub 22 min on this one. Like the course and my 'home' race. Did really well, knocked 51 secs off my PB very wet but enjoyed, hard work !
