MarkC A new PB - just! - but totally unexpected. Shaved about ten seconds off my previous best! Started well on a warm day (clocked a 4-mile distance PB along the way) but mile 5 was quite hard and I almost lost it at that point. Maybe 2 weeks in Snowdonia eating pies wasn't such bad preparation after all....I really must get myself sorted out and enter a 5k race...

Agent Orange Third time I've run this and third PB. Fortunately they'd made a few changes to the course which reduced the big early funnelling effects. It was still crowded but good fun.
