MAD Superman Had a good run and finished strong. 1st 4 mile mostly a steady climb with a steep 1m downhill to finish. Weather almost perfect. Finished 40th, best finish in a summer league. Splits 6:11 5:56 6:17 6:34 5:42 2:58
