Mr. K. NHTT Cross Country parkrun - Course B. Where B stands for Blooming wet. Hard work but glad it was on. Good and quick thinking by Gobi. Splits 5:13(8:25/m), 5:26(8:45/m), 5:35(9:00/m), 5:39(9:07/m), 5:48(9:21/m) & 0.1m - 54(9:04/m). Tough - tomorrow I may smile at it.

BrianJ Treacherous conditions meant course was modified to 5 laps round a field, which was very muddy and wet giving a feel of a x-country race. Thanks to organisers for even managing to get a race on at all. First ever parkrun so have a really soft PB to beat next time!
