Lisrun Drove through hailstones on the way to this race, but at Morpeth it was cloudy and not too humid. Same course as two years ago, two laps with a hill in miles 1 and 4. Downhill in miles 3 and 6. Pleased with my time. Mug to all finishers. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 45:35 47:40 65.07

Grey Badger Niggling tweaked muscle on inner thigh and got a stitch for the last 4k but surprisingly knocked 8 sec off my officially measured 10k PB somehow. Northumberland Fell Runners 35:28 36:47 39:00 38:04 76.12
