BigEvilC out of shape, drank too much over summer, too little mileage and injured and it showed big time. Course not to blame and well organised.

MattTheRat Bit disappointing really. Good conditions, went well to 4k (on course for 36:59), then just slowed down a bit and couldn't get moving quickly enough. Sprint finish ensured I beat last year's time, but still my slowest 10k of the year.
