Alun Nokia Sportstracker came out at 5.09 miles but whatever the distance it was cold, windy and very, very wet (just like XC should be). Slower than last year but really happy with the end result in the conditions. Started steady, passed about 20-30 through the long out section, consolidated on the way back to the field and fought hard in the finishing straight to keep my place.

Mr Hiles Garmin said 5.21 miles (who am I to argue!). Nice course, lots of lovely mud and an icy cold wind - perfect cross country. Only downside was my time, I'm getting slower race by race! :o(

Runna I also garmined it at 5.22. Cold & wet, have never known this course as muddy. Ran harder today, bit disapointed that I got overtaken by about 6 people in last 400m inc 1 female who just got me on the line, really should do some speedwork.
