We are a small friendly club - we cater for runners of all ages (above age 16) and for all abilities - we go out of our way to make beginners and improvers feel especially welcome (all of us were beginners when we first started out - we never forget that).
We are active in all types of running - road, trail and adventure running.We have members who compete regularly at distances from 5K to full marathon and some characters who like to run ultra-and multi-day marathons.
We play an active role in providing marshals for the London Marathon and other events - we also host a cross country race and a trail race in which other clubs compete.
It's entirely up to you to decide how competitive or otherwise you want to be - if you simply want to run for fun and enjoyment and to improve your fitness that's fine with us - we are equally commited to helping runners set and achieve goals often achieving new lifetime best times.
Our main club night is on a Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. Additional runs by arrangement take place on Thursdays and at weekends.
