PhatButFit If this fat sweaty little bod gets round this in under 1:45 those Margate Chip Shops are gonna get some hammer in the afternoon!! UPDATE: Went off far too fast (8 min miles instead of 8.30) and was going great up until the bloody hill at 10 miles which bit me BIG time. Finished off on 9min+ miles which was better than I actually felt. 111/297 finishers. Lessons? Eat a bigger breakfast, learn how to use gels, stick to planned pace and put more miles in the legs in training!

Taralyn Finally broke the 2.03 half mara time! Very nice race, quite hot and not sure I liked the out and back. Lovely to see the sea and the atmosphere was friendly.
