Wicked D could be warm but 1hr20 or under will be a PB and I'll be going for it ***UPDATE 23rd July*** Race Pace session today over 7.21miles, IF I can maintain the same pace as today I'll smash my 10mile PB :)****FINAL UPDATE**** Garmin time = 1hr 18mins 22secs and a new PB well happy :)

runForestfanrun Turned up late, ran from the car park and eventually found the start line 9 minutes after everyone else had departed. Completely burnt myself out in the first 2 miles trying to catch the back markers up. I was only overtaken by one person (that was the race leader who'd got 1/2 a mile to go and I'd only just passed 5 miles!) Official time was 1:43:17. Boy was it HOT! What a fabulous goodie bag and the glass memento is fantastic. All the marshalls were wonderful - encouraging and friendly, well done. It would have been a thoroughly enjoyable race had I been a bit more punctual. I will be back next year and I'll be getting there early
