Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Vindicator Totally smashed my PB and did much better than I was expecting. It was much cooler than last week with some light drizzle, over an undulating course but containing nothing you could describe as a hill. Went off a little fast and flet a bit iffy at 5K. I held on for a fast finish. Proved to myself what I am capable of.

Vicksta Am annoyed that despite running half marathons at an 8 min/mile my last two 10Ks were run at 8min 30secs/ mile or slower! I want to try to redress the balance in this race! UPDATE: Yes! Finally a sub 8 in/mile 10K! Hooray! Nice race on country lanes, a bit up and down but nothing too steep, and the weather was cool compared to last week and a bit breezy. V. Pleased.
