Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

Boingy Oh dear, ran like an eeejit. Went out far too quick (6.20 first mile), on lap 3 had to stop as I though I was going to be sick. Bugger bugger bugger. Leamington C & AC 18:04 19:54 19:50 20:11 64.70
simmicee That hurt. Ran with Boingy and we went out very fast so the last mile was a killer - think we were both nearly sick! My aim this year was to do a sub 21 min 5k.....hooray! But how annoying is that 4 seconds?! Ealing, Southall & Middlesex AC 20:04 20:04 20:04 74.12
