Gaubfar Was supposed to do this as a training run, so set off slowly, though when i went through 4 miles feeling great and on pb time i changed my mind, pb of over 2 minutes and 6.59 last mile even though longest i have ran for just over a year   extremely pleased

tcrofts Might try and race without watch?

Taced with new garmin - felt really un easy at mile 5 but pushed on - tried to do negative split but first 5 at 7.45 and then speed up

1st mile at 6.25 fast last two miles at 6.40 Mile 2-4 were 6.45 but lulled in the middle.
Left buttock was tight so maybe after op might trim some more time off.
Should be really chuffed another PB for 2009!!
