robrea Clacton 5k race four. Nice and cool, no wind on a very flat out and back course meant very quick times tonight. Got out ahead after 1k but with a 15 year old right on my heels up to 4k I couldn't ease up for a second. I finally broke clear and claimed victory in a new PB of 16-11.
