Ally2 Not raced a 1500m since school (4:28 Pb back then). From 8.53 3000 conversion aim between 4.09 and 4.15 so plump for 4.12. This will be off no speed specific training for 1500m since been concentrating on 10ks. Endurance should be fine. led for 1st 400m in a crazy 63 then 2nd til last 150m when james douglas and an other went past. . winner did 4.00.8. dry and windless come race but drenched beforehand. 4th in 4.14.8 , only 0.9secs behind james in 2nd.
