Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Baza Cycled the 2 miles *uphill* from Cupar station to get to Ceres first, then had a good steady run over this hilly course before flying downhill for the last mile(about 6 minutes). Enjoyed the downhill cycle back to Cupar for train home.

cake muncher Placed 9th and 1st vet. Felt really good which was a bit of a surprise due to my lack of training. nice steady pace then picked it up a bit to the finish. great weather conditions for running - cool and no wind.

Fat Boy Good strong run around this very undulating 8 mile road race. Placed 10th / 130 finishers and nice to meet JP105 who made his Carnegie Harriers debut.

jp105 My first race as a club runner! Joined Carnegie Harriers minutes from the gun! Already I see the benefits of being part of a club in a race scenario where I tried to keep with Fatboy for as long as I could but his injection of pace at around 5 miles proved too much for me.
This was a tough course to begin with but the last 1.5 miles were all downhill and a relief to the legs.
