SPKoF So very wet. I was doing well - staying with a much quicker clubmate until I slipped. I didnt look up and see the sharp turn coming and attempted to turn on a sixpence when I realised. My legs went from under me and I smashed my knee on a rock and strained a muscle in my groin. I had to nurse myself around the rest of the race. bugger.
