Bitton 5k Easyrunner Series Race 3

CPMINAS I started too fast and despite a good split up to the half way point faded afterwards and missed the PB by 25 seconds. One race left to have another crack at it though, and by then I will have more training under my belt!

LukeStur When will my string of PBs at 5K end? Theoretically should be a cert PB, back on the flat course. A warning to would be betters.... my wife is due next week, so might not be able to make this one! Another factor to consider - a bit of a cold coming on - thought I'd get the excused in early. No sign of the nipper as yet! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: Don't worry I got my priorities right and ran the race ;-) Despite having damaged my heel and watch during my warm-up I managed another PB with sheer grit and determination - I came 7th in 17m 37s.
