Ally2 sneaked a pb on tougher course. started hard in group of 5 til 1mile, 3 up to 2nd mile when we dropped powell (1st win over him) and left with james douglas for the entire way. with 300m tried to go for line but he caught and took me with 100m to go. Should have waited for his move and may have got him.. not sure..i was pretty tired in 5th mile. came 2nd so no back to back wins. having some epic battles with james- i beat him in 6mile, beat me in 1500m, i beat him in a 5k and now this. gap no more than 5 secs.
