The thought makes my eyes water) decided to charge his phone by plugging it into the socket next to the scales and then balancing his phone on the scales. "That may not be a terribly wise place to put your phone," I say. "Be reet," says my Lancastrian interlocutor in a tone of voice that suggests I should mind my own business, just before someone decides to weigh himself, launching the phone to the floor and causing a significant amount of screen damage. I turned towards my locker to hide my laughter.

Disgusting handfuls of your long dark hair on the shower floor, and rather alarmingly deposited on the glass walls and tiles. I know hair can come out with conditioner, but ffs at least have the good grace to run it under water and away down the drains or gullies to wash away. Don't wipe it on the fricking walls!!!

Works in progress to improve changing/shower/drying facilities and we have all been squeezed into a small space for about 4 weeks, but still had showers and a changing room. The buillders appear to have a problem and as of Monday the existing and only remaining changing rooms and showers will close for a hopefully temporary period. My locker which is in the changing room s being relocated somewhere - currently unknown. Suggests to me that they are ripping up tiles and floors to get at pipes and this could last a while. Its going to make my running tricky if its not part of my commute - either that ir its a clean up with wipes. But wait, there are no changing rooms I feel sorry for any poor sod off on hols this week who cycles in on Monday and arrives a sweaty mess to find there aint no facilities...and might not be able to find his locker either

Given I'm blind as a bat without my glasses, for me to have seen him doing that meant the leering must have been sufficient to burn holes in skin. Topped off by him telling me I didn't need to go to the gym because my body was ok. shudders wonders if I should have told him that his certainly fucking wasn't
