You will all be fine on Sunday. At least you wont need to rush home to watch Andy Murray at the Wimbledon Final this year. So pleased Wimbledon moved the event back a week to accommodate the Stonehaven Half. Sorry you are a DNS DoricQ. If I were to volunteer JR it would probably be to help Torry Quine and Lip Gloss at the Fetchpoint but I have hospital appointments tomorrow and Thursday so not really sure what I'm doing Sunday though tbh I don't think I would be able to stand and watch all the runners and keep a smile on my face!

JRitchie if there's a spare large one I might hope to try to pinch it? I've got a friend who's run Stoney twenty odd times and is only not doing it this year as he's bust his leg and is on crutches (though I wouldn't put it past him to try...)

I'm back on the injury bench. Tried a couple of short runs this week and feeling bit painful. Am gutted to have another DNS after Peterhead. Was really looking forward to Stoney. But a hilly half won't help hip flexor pain.

Well that's a day off work spent moving stuff for Stoney Half. We are in good shape but I am a bit pooped. CS I will see what can be done but I think we will also put out feelers post race order for club members etc (good Crimbo present material. ). Thistle thanks for the food.. I don't want to jinx but Sunday AM looking good - forget about tomorrow.
