Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

djwatson, I've found them to be very good at releasing tight muscles. Personally, I use them especially for my tight quads and ITBs. As I've said, I did find the firmer one much more effective than less firm ones.

I've just ordered one of the half price ones they have at Sweatshop this week (I went into store but they didn't have any) - I'll report back once it arrives!

I can recommend the rollers from Physio Supplies. I also got my Swiss ball and wobble board from them.

Sorry SA, just seen your question. I dont think they have different densities. The one I have is the longer one and blue and hurts like hell when I use it.

Ah I can see that the Physio Supplies are 66Fit ones. I have the cheapest £11.50. I weigh about 52 kilos and often stand on it to balance and it seems really firm. (I use it for it's proper purpose too.)
