Hill reps! :-)G you would be very welcome to come to our club anytime. We don't always do hill reps on Tuesdays though, there is a schedule but I never look before I go, just go on Tue and Thu and do what they tell me! Well done for doing some yourself.

Yay, we did hills at club on Wed night too. What a glorious night. And boy did I feel it afterwards. Glutes ouchy. I must do more of this. So easy one today, maybe just easy gym tomorrow, but Sat 9am, we're off hillwards again. Huzzah! I shall become a hill walker within 6 weeks! :-) G

I'm taking part in the Corporate Decathlon on Saturday - urban navigation in city centre Aberdeen! Hahaha hahaha! Apparently the whole team stick together so I should be ok.
