Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Boab - number 1 piece of advice from me: Don't be having your dinner in the Glencoe Ski Centre café & miss your runner coming in to the checkpoint.... most embarrassing

It's so funny, cos AliB's rules (the list Lintie posted) cover all these things we're talking about - clubmate of mine this year was getting some sleep in the car at Balmaha. Her runner (Fionna) came in ahead of time (she ran a stormer) and they were fast asleep. Alarm clock woke them up 5 mins after she had left the check point (having been serviced by another crew - also club mates!)

It's all there in there in those "Dos and Don'ts" :-)G

Happy, you forgot to add that when phoned Fionna's crew were parked one car away from the crew that saw her through Rowardenan! Led to very funny phone call...

My question about accomodation is based on whether the crew will want to sleep in the afternoon, after goblet time and before the pub... And finding somewhere for them. What is the experience of other slower teams.

Yes, I will have two teams, hubby and son in law for first half. Running buddies for 2nd and slower half.
