Run last night, swimmage this morning (3k) + 20 mins on the dread.

Swim was thoroughly decent, amongst the main set were 3 400's. I remember 2 years of life or death struggling to (finally) dip under 7 mins for 400m in a one off test. Today knocked out 6:55, 6:56, 6:54 just as part of the set. Nice. Time to CSS test methinks.

Sweetspot watting at lunch.
