Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I totally agree - If you photoshopped that model into a background of the tank museum 99% of people wouldn't tell

I made my Christmas present on Christmas Day, a Lego Kawasaki Ninja H2R. It's an excellent kit and a good representation of the actual bike.

I also bought a Chinese knock off kit. It's less than half the price of genuine Lego but it has issues. The moulding quality is not as good, the instructions are harder to read and are printed at the wrong scale so some parts are harder to identify. There was also a piece missing and though it was just a small connector, I had to raid another kit to finish this one.

This kit is supposed to be a Ducati, I think. It seems to be trying to mimic the V4 Panigale race bike, but it's called a Ducato 250 and has other sponsor stickers that are similar but different - Pirelli becomes Precision. The resulting bike is still decent and I enjoyed building it.

About This Thread

I can't believe that we've got Crafts, Gardening, Computer Games, but not model cars, trains...!

Just don't call them toys!

My particular hobby was 1/10th scale radio controlled car racing. I'm now looking to get into radio controlled planes. We have some Airfix model builders in here and Lego builders too. Any type of model vehicles really! Planes, trains, automobiles... boats, helicopters, anything! Come join in! :-) G
