Pet peeves: (a) people using whiteboards to sellotape posters and thins too (b) people that stick something on a whiteboard and write 'DO NOT RUB OUT' underneath, then leave. I'm sure there were whiteboards at Billericay Nick that had such a drawing on them when I moved in in 2009 und were unchanged when I left in 2013.
