Sadly I saw in the New Year not with a parkrun, but with a good Scottish hangover treated with further alcohol. It was a great couple of days!

Serious work is now needed before the Manchester Marathon!

I did parkrun on New Year's Day, and feel quite smug. I also ran earlier today (yesterday now) and am planning parkrun again in Saturday.
