Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

had a pop at uryside parkrun this morning, very late call. missed the briefing (f'kin scotrail) but fairly self explanatory. almost totally flat (good thing) but mentally quite sapping as you can see the entire park as it weaves in and out (less good thing). was very busy, overtaking off the path will be dicey in colder weather. #

Just watched the men's xc from Stirling, Andrew Buchart only fourth, though I wonder if his fall (went doon in the mud at a bend whilst leading) gave him a sair dunt.

Might have a run on the course when it's a bit less wet, I think it will still be visible on the grass for a couple of weeks.

A very wet Victoria parkrun for me this morning.

Had to giggle at the people who either stopped to teeter through the puddles or try and run around the outsides. You’re already soaking, just splash through them!

Best ever hot bath when I got home to warm myself back up!!
