I'd go for a single mountain/hill if you can ... Or an alternative is to find a tall building (20-40 or more floors), run up the stairs, and have someone holding the lift for you at the top. the few mins descent will allow drink & breather? eg theguardian.com |

This weeks challenge is furthest distance in 30 mins. I'm thinking a long gentle downhill. My logic being that on steep hills you have to brake to stay in control, so on a gentler hill you'll go further. |
