@Grast_girl that's great progress on your fat% reduction and your muscle gain. My instructor is leaving the gym this week and he offered to put me on the body analyser before he goes but I haven't been able to do anything in the gym for over 2 weeks so I won't take him up on his offer. I cut my strength sessions before my marathon, then had a bad fall during the marathon and haven't been able to do any gym work since then as I only have one good hand and one good leg at the moment. π€£ |

Brilliant progress G_g have you been doing anything specific (looking for inspiration) I have made a gorgeous greek orzo salad for lunch. It took all my willpower not to eat it when I made it. |

Thanks all. I'd have liked to see the overall weight go down a bit more, but I'll take muscle (and bone) gain for now. A slightly strange combination of increased physical activity (recommitting to Fetchpoint and trying to run, rather than walk, in addition to dog walks), eating more live fermented food (Kimchi and some other vegetable ferments, Greek yoghurt for breakfast on low carb days) and two low carb (<50 g per day) days per week for a study I was taking part in. I could probably put more muscle on if I actually did some strength work (I seem to respond quite well when I do). |

All very positive stuff! Well done. I do like kimchi maybe should add some to my diet too. I need to prioritise my breakfast and lunch prep so work doesnβt scupper it.

Some downward movement at long last as I weighed at the weekend and had lost 1lb. The Trendweight trendline has started going down after a few weeks of flat-lining ..
