Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Windassisted, Girlie, anyone else interesetd. I would recommend a going to a coach to get best results, it really does help. Although expense does become a fctor when deciding what to do. The book makes a lot of the jargon etc that you will probably have read on the ER and other POSE thread make sense.

If you can't afford the book, then you can always ask around. Although mine is currently out on loan.

I can recommend a 1-2-1 session with a Pose coach , I have had one and find it easier to be shown than reading books etc . But that's just me . more than one way of skinning a cat :-)

Thanks Vrap , guess I had an off day this morning .

windassisted - the experts will say no to orthotics . No coincidence when you run barefoot that your footstrike is different .

I was charged £50, but it will vary coach to coah. Contact the coaches on here or on the Posetech website and they will tell you the finer details.

Hi J, Hope you're all set for tomorrow (bet placed ;)). Fmail CT - he could give you an idea of the cost of 1-2-1 and also since you've met he could give you an idea of how necessary.

Jambomo - I presume you are in Scotland , if so I dont think there any coaches based up there . So you may have to travel , but I know CT did a day up there recently .
