Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I think he (Mr Rip-off Expensive Surgeon) did me a favour in a way because I got a new hip quite quickly after that because it was a lot worse!

Quick update. Feeling very frustrated with progress here.
Just feel so unfit. We went for a holiday walk. Down to a harbour, up to a viewing point and then reversed. I was shattered on the hills. Hills but not big hills.

Reasonable range of movement, only discomfort rather than pain. But frustrated that I have no spring in my step....
Am delighted though that I can sleep through the night.

Getting good sleep is great. Hope you continue to see more progress in the months ahead.
