The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Afternoon all, just looking for some expertise concerning the best options/approach for carrying a Go Pro whilst running. My intention is to have my Go Pro on me during the San Fransisco Marathon in just over a month so I am looking for fairly small and lightweight attachment with a comfortable handle and strap as well. Most of the ones of line have mixed reviews and seem to be targeted at the selfie market as opposed to the running market, I just wondered if anyone has one that works well and would recommend as the best option for taking along on a run! Many thanks!!
I have a chest harness and a headband. I prefer the headband for what it's worth - the chest harness rubs uncomfortably over a long distance. However, I'm kind of presuming that rjc13 is looking for the added flexibility of being able to point the camera at stuff while running rather than just capturing a forward view?
I'd have thought, also, a chest harness would not give much of a view in a congested race.
Apologies for digging out old threads (this one appeared in as a related thread option).
I am embarking on getting a Go Pro for running and will probably look at something small and hand-held. I have come across some videos where the user has worn a chest harness version. Unfortunately, in the ones I have seen, there are a lot of hands coming across the camera. It could be down to the runner's own running technique or simply that chest harnesses are mainly for use with minimal hand movement.
