nor have I done any shopping! Never do until I absolutely have to ! Before kids OH and I used to do all our shopping on Christmas eve - we're a few days ahead of that these days, but not much

I wasn't going to point out that yours was the only weigh in on the board, you won when the rest of us lazy bastards were stuffing in mince pies and didn't even get of the scale from the fear of what it would say. Well, okay, I did get on the scale and had lost 0.2kg but there was no point in writing it in :-)

I have now finished all Xmas shopping except the stuff like perfume from the airport. And oh my lord, I even shopped for jeans today and bought a pair of jeggings. Not the most flattering things on me but they are so stretchy and comfy, and may be the only thing I'll fit in after Xmas dinner! :-P

Eating much better this week and have been gymming too. Run tomorrow.

Will do the weigh stuff later this week, Do the start weight and then take it from there. Starting my training for 24 hr race :) *Cries*

I am such a bad chickie...

After spending ages doing insanity classes and PT sessions and watching my back!!, my daughters fold up bed and a long weekend of walking, moving furniture carked my back in good a proper so on light duties..... then I get a throat infection after my back improves and I am ready to get back on it!! ...I am currently off work but hope to get back on a few 1-1 PT sessions before I consume my own body weight in cream, chocolate and pastry ;-) however I weighed in today and first time for a long time I am over a stone lighter than when I started the year.... this is a win, win situation as far as I am concerned \o/

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good CL about the back and throat...but definitely good about being a stone lighter! Congrats.

I'm joining you on the Insanity workouts from 29th December. I have the new release DVDs called Insanity MAX:30 which look absolutely brutal :-/

Cuddy, never eat baked beans before attempting these work outs .... that's all I am saying... lol I have not seen the DVD's but if they are the ones Shaun T does.... then they are mental, I have watched you tube and nearly cried! I have been doing classes and still don't get half the moves! (and cannot do the other half either) Good luck

lol CL. I promise, no beans :-) The point of these ones is on every workout to record the time you 'max out', as in when you have to take a break, and to keep trying for longer. Looking forward to throwing up :-P

The warm ups I do at insanity are a work out in themselves! Good luck Cuddy it's amazing how slowly 2 or 3 mins can go when you're on the verge of throwing up ;-) or parping!
