Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Soul day today

Met up with my cousin, his wife and 13 year old daughter and their cutest dogs for a massive beach walk and lunch.. why so “soul?!” This is only our 3rd meeting in the two years since we made contact after over 40 years of separation. 70’s marriage breakdowns creating estrangement. We are very lucky to have met up again now and it’s just so ace. Get on like we’ve known each other for years.. feels very special

This weeks cans
- preparation! Preparation! Prepation!
- small steps to routine, morning runs and swims
- water & green tea

How are you all

Doing well thanks, FRU :) Glad you've had such a lovely day :)

Despite MrW's absence, I have had a good weekend, filled with family gatherings AND .... I've run/walked twice!!
I've also prepared myself a salad for my lunch tomorrow - makes the morning so much easier when I do that but I rarely remember.

Morning all! Sounds like some fab weekends and walks/runs/workouts going on!

We had a lovely day on Saturday playing on the steam trains on the Worth valley railway. Was rather nice to go to Haworth and not have to worry about running up that there hill!

Made me think I'd like to do the Yorkshireman again tho...

Run in the frost and the sunshine yesterday was lovely.

We definitely CAN - and by the sounds of the above we are too :-)

Just re-read your post DT - we've said we'll walk the Worth Way next time we're over there!

We walked round the opposite way to what I’ve done in the past ie Haworth - Keighley - Oakworth - Haworth. It’s very muddy in places and we did it in wellies

Mid week CAN

Looking forwards to the weekend with very little booked in, after two very busy ones and a birthday for his nibs coming up a weekend of r&r is just the ticket

This week two observations:
- planning and
- morning habits

My work attitude and also mental capacity is such that pre-work has always been my best time for run/exercise

Trying to build and keep the up early habit, work in progress

Planning, food, gym, running. All needs a little more work

My run goals fairly straight, CAN achieve long run of 10 by mid march. First half planned for 5th April at Harwich

Oh and as a fun CAN i CAN break in my new heeled air ware boots!! Lol. That requires nerves of steel and possibly compede!

Lol

Hope your can plans coming along nicely this week (obvs DT you dont have to include heels unless you really want to!)
